Every Type of Demolition Cleanup

Whether it is the aftermath of a structural demolition, a property that needs a complete cleanout, or storm damage that left a mess. We have the equipment, the crew, and the disposal relationships to handle it.

Post-Demolition Cleanup

The standard follow-through after every structural demolition. Concrete rubble, lumber, roofing, drywall, metal, and mixed debris sorted on site and hauled to the appropriate facilities. We do not leave until the lot is clean.

Included with every demolition project. Also available as a standalone service if another contractor left the mess behind.

Full Property Cleanouts

Inherited a property full of scrap metal, junk cars, grain bins, and years of accumulated debris? Preparing a lot for sale? We clear the entire property: vehicles, structures, appliances, and everything in between. One crew handles it all.

$50K cleanout on a 13-acre property in Newcastle. 40 junk cars, a mobile home, a barn, and 15 trailers of debris removed.

Construction Debris Removal

Builders and general contractors use us for construction debris hauling when their projects generate more waste than a standard dumpster can handle. Roll-off dumpster delivery and swap-outs, or full-service debris hauling with our dump trucks.

We provide roll-off dumpsters from 10 to 40 cubic yards. Delivery, pickup, and disposal included.

Storm Damage Cleanup

Downed trees, damaged structures, scattered roofing, and flood debris. We respond quickly with the heavy equipment needed to clear storm damage and restore access to your property.

If the storm damage involves structural demolition, we handle the full scope. Not just the cleanup.

70%+ Recycled.
Every Load Documented.

We do not dump everything in one pile and haul it to the landfill. Materials are sorted on site. Concrete, metal, wood, roofing, and mixed debris each go to the appropriate facility. Over 70% of demolition debris gets recycled across our projects.

Every load leaves your site with a documented destination. You receive dump receipts and weight tickets for every haul. Whether you need them for insurance, a property sale, or your own records.

Our Cleanup Process

01

Site Visit & Estimate

Our estimate tech arrives with a drone, laser measuring tools, and an iPad. He takes photos and measurements of all areas and captures drone shots of access points and debris piles. You receive a written estimate through our app.

02

Mobilize & Sort

Jobs are weather-dependent so we can leave the property in good shape. We bring skid steers with sifting and digging buckets, forks for vehicle removal, and 24-yard trailers. A three-person crew (driver, operator, and laborer) separates all metal and hauls it independently from general debris.

03

Haul & Finish

Trash goes to the nearest landfill. Metal goes to recyclers. We do a final sweep of the entire property. A typical job is completed in two to three days. Your site is left clean and ready for the next phase: construction, landscaping, or sale.

Equipment for Every Scale of Cleanup

We own our equipment. No rentals, no subcontractors. The right machine shows up for the right job, operated by our own crew.

Skid Steer with Sifting Bucket

Separates small debris from dirt so the soil underneath is left in good shape. Essential for property cleanouts where years of debris have mixed into the ground.

Skid Steer with Digging Bucket

Excavates, loads, and moves heavy material across the job site. Used on nearly every cleanout for fast, efficient debris handling.

Forks & Vehicle Removal

Fork attachments for lifting junk cars, RVs, and heavy items that cannot be loaded by hand. We removed 40 vehicles from a single property in Newcastle.

24-Yard Trailers

Multiple trailers on site for continuous loading and hauling. Most properties require multiple trailer loads at $1,500 per trailer.

Demolition Cleanup FAQs

Post-demolition cleanup is included in every Demo Patrol demolition quote. There is no separate line item and no surprise charge for hauling off the debris we created. The pricing on this page applies to standalone property cleanouts, where we clear an entire lot of junk, vehicles, outbuildings, or accumulated debris. Cleanouts are priced at $1,500 per 24-yard trailer load, and most properties require multiple trailers. Smaller lots may run a few thousand dollars, while large multi-acre properties with vehicles, structures, and heavy accumulation can reach $50,000 or more. Every project gets a written estimate after an onsite assessment with drone photography and laser measurements.
We sort everything on site. Concrete goes to crushing facilities where it is recycled into base material. Metal is separated and sent to scrap recyclers. Clean wood is processed at approved facilities. Roofing, drywall, and mixed debris go to licensed transfer stations. We maintain over 70% recycling rates across all projects. Every single load is documented with dump receipts and weight tickets.
We coordinate hazardous material handling through licensed abatement contractors and certified hazmat transporters. Asbestos, lead paint debris, and chemically contaminated materials are identified during our assessment and handled according to Cal/OSHA, NESHAP, and local air quality district requirements. We do not mix hazardous materials with general debris. They are separated, documented, and disposed of through the proper chain of custody.
Yes. Full property cleanouts are one of our core services. Most of these jobs are inherited properties where the new owner needs to clean up the lot in order to sell it. We clear everything: scrap metal, junk cars, grain bins, mobile homes, barns, appliances, furniture, and accumulated debris. A recent 13-acre property cleanout in Newcastle included 40 junk cars, a mobile home, a barn, and 15 trailers worth of debris. We demolished the structures, cleaned out the house, and hauled everything off site. That project came in at $50,000. Smaller cleanouts start at $1,500 per 24-yard trailer load.
Yes, on every load. We provide facility receipts and weight tickets for all materials hauled off your property. This is standard practice on every project. Not something you need to request. If you need documentation for insurance, probate, or a property sale, we have it.
Standard post-demo cleanup on a residential site takes one to two days. Larger projects with extensive debris, multiple structures, or full property cleanouts may take three to five days. We schedule cleanup as part of the overall demolition timeline, so there is no gap between the teardown and debris removal.
Skid steers with sifting buckets to separate small debris from dirt, skid steers with digging buckets for excavation and heavy loading, fork attachments for lifting junk cars and heavy items, and 24-yard trailers for hauling. The equipment we bring depends on the volume and type of material on the property. A full property cleanout typically runs multiple pieces of equipment and multiple trailers on site at the same time.
Yes. Storm damage cleanup. Downed trees, damaged structures, roofing debris, and flood-related debris. Falls within our scope. We have the equipment and disposal relationships to handle emergency cleanup on short notice. If the damage involves structural demolition, we handle that as part of the same project.
