Quotes provided on this site or by phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Demolition work often requires local permits, utility disconnects, and environmental compliance (such as asbestos testing). We will advise on what is required for your project. The property owner is responsible for obtaining permits unless we agree in writing to handle them as part of our scope.

Scheduled work may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start date without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a mobilization fee to cover crew, equipment, and permit costs already committed to your job.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
